As requested due to the insistence that our contributions be properly recorded and given that they refuse to record the plenary sessions, we are submitting the relevant questions in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Precise questions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe the one-month delay to the plenary is unjustified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We think the investment in festivals (even though the provincial council subsidises quite a lot) is excessive (around \u20ac50,000).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 We also find the cost of the town hall\u2019s self-employed workers to be very high.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We would like to know what the various local associations invest the grants in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regarding MIT licences, when does the council expect to be able to fulfil its commitment to the owners and in accordance with the law that makes it possible? We understand that you now have a technician to speed up the submission and approval process for obtaining the MIT licence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 In decree 300, point 609 refers to a report on energy communities. We are requesting further clarification. At the moment, there is a project to use public spaces to install panels that could reduce the electricity cost for the town's inhabitants. Since batteries are still very expensive. It will take time to become a reality, in our opinion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Decree 301 discusses the review of the financial report and expenses for the Marnes Schools. We request clarification on this matter, and it appears there is a grant of \u20ac40,000 to address necessary reforms in this building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 We also take note of the subsidy intended for the clearing of the old Gata road (\u20ac3,000) and also the one intended for the recovery of the Senija old road irrigation channel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 They comment that the grant for Spanish for foreigners is good, but they would like that on the next occasion, a course of Castilian and Valencian for foreigners be requested, as other towns such as Muro, Planes, or Xal\u00f3 already do, taking into account the number of foreign parents with children in school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We would like to know specifically what the Coeducating for Equality training project consists of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We would like there to be a greater range of educational and cultural activities, and if possible, in our language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Regarding the consumer vouchers, we think it\u2019s very good that the usage period has been extended, but, as we already discussed in the April plenary, we believe we need to continue thinking about a model that is fairer. We think this model works well for more solvent people, but it limits those users who reach the end of the month with a very tight budget. We propose studying Senija\u2019s model, which seems more equitable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Regarding the position of Justice of the Peace, advertised in the BOP on 2 November, we believe it should be publicised in case there is anyone interested in applying. We are told that it has been published on the relevant channel (BOP and notice board). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We think the toilets should be open on Sundays because if people from out of town come, with no shops or pubs open, they can use them if they need to. They reply that it's not possible due to the incivility of the staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just a heads-up that when they close the street in the morning, they might let travellers, the milkman, etc. through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, we positively value the town hall's performance in organising aid for those affected by the DANA, as well as the celebration of the day against gender-based violence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
