On 11 February 2025, at 2:00 PM, the ordinary plenary session will be held to discuss the points on the following agenda:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1.- RATIFICATION OF MAYORAL DECREE NUMBER 18, DATED 23 JANUARY 2025, AMENDING THE DATE OF CELEBRATION OF THIS COUNCIL'S PLENARY SESSION, TO BE HELD ON 11 FEBRUARY 2025, MAINTAINING THE ORDINARY NATURE OF THE SESSION.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.- APPROVAL, IF APPLICABLE, OF PREVIOUS MINUTES<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.- To report on mayoral decrees<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n 4. - REPORT ON THE PMP, QUARTERLY EXECUTION OF THE BUDGET FOR THE FOURTH QUARTER OF THE 2024 FINANCIAL YEAR.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n 5. APPOINT THE TWO LOCAL HOLIDAYS FOR THEIR INCLUSION IN THE 2026 WORKING CALENDAR.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n 6.- ELECTION OF THE TITULAR AND SUBSTITUTE PEACE JUDGE OF LL\u00cdBER.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n 7.- ORDINANCE FOR THE PROTECTION AGAINST NOISE AND VIBRATION POLLUTION WITHIN THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF LL\u00cdBER<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 8.- MOTIONS AND\/OR EXTRAORDINARY BUSINESS<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 9.- REQUESTS AND QUESTION<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n We, having previously reviewed all the documentation presented at the meeting in plenary session, have the following questions and observations so that they are recorded in the minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Questions and Answers at the Ordinary Meeting on Tuesday, 11 February 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n We do not agree with the constant changes in the ordinary plenary sessions. In this case, the reason given was the volume of work on the MIT issue, and we do not see this matter being addressed in this plenary. How long will those affected have to wait?<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2013 After reviewing the previous minutes, we have decided to approve them as we understand that they now incorporate our contributions, submitted in writing. However, it is evident that many of the issues raised have not been adequately answered. We therefore request that, from now on, the minutes include not only our questions but also the specific answers provided to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2013 And among the unanswered questions, we wish to insist on asking for explanations regarding the current status of the Marnes Wall or the Cau case file. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The Mayor will note this matter to inform the lawyer who will advise us on it.<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n -We also want to stress the necessity and urgency of drawing up a fire prevention plan for our little mountain. They recognise the landscape importance of the little mountain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n They point out the difficulty of doing anything as they are private properties, therefore we encourage you to speak with the owners to find a solution.<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Regarding the hydraulic connection with El Collado, what phase is it in? What is going to be done with that water branch? Do you think it is appropriate at a time when there are water restrictions? Can it be that all the houses in El Collado using the same flow rate as us does not mean an aggravation in the water supply? <\/p>\n\n\n\n We haven't clarified this issue any further than that it was something that needed to be done to normalise the situation. They are downplaying the issue of water restrictions. In any case, the residents of El Collado could keep the old meter in case of any incident.<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n -Regarding the subject and the publication concerning water consumption, the information we have is that it is not true that water consumption has been reduced in 2024. Could we compare the billing for 2023 and 2024?<\/p>\n\n\n\n They insist that there has indeed been a saving in consumption in the last period. We say that we want to see the data and we will make a written request to this effect.<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2013 What does the preparation of the space next to the swimming pool involve? <\/p>\n\n\n\n It seems, for now, this refers to the wall they've built<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2013 Regarding the Christmas Vouchers, a minor review highlights the imbalance among users. We insist that it is not a system that helps those most in need (who cannot advance money from their card) nor do we believe it promotes sustainable local consumption. We need to work on a more equitable and functional model. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2013 Regarding the election of the magistrate and substitute magistrate, we accept the proposal, though we insist that in the future this process be considered in a more open manner for the people, as while the correctness of the procedure is guaranteed, it is clear that the residents of Ll\u00edber are unaware of this procedure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2013 Regarding the Acoustic Protection Ordinance, we believe that if the allegation is admitted, it should be made clear how the new Article 28 will read, without ambiguity. Initially, we are against any modification that alters the holiday rest of neighbours and tourists. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Finally, we want to highlight a couple of areas that require intervention to improve their condition: on the one hand, the car park at the top of the school is full of potholes. On the other hand, the Castillo, the most touristy spot in the village, needs to have the damage caused by trees repaired.
