5.- APPROVAL, IF APPROPRIATE, OF THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE PLOT WITH CADASTRAL REFERENCE 03085A006002720000UT TO THE CONSORTIUM FOR THE EXECUTION OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE ZONAL WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN OF ZONE 6 A1 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN ECO-PARK.

Approve the previous minutes and note that we only approve those, as it appears that in point 2, the wording appears in the plural in error. Confirm to us that it does indeed refer only to the previous one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They respond to some of the questions we raised in the previous plenary, such as the nature of a large project. They confirm the legality of the project and provide us with documentation regarding it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Approve two more MIT reports urgently and let's take the opportunity to ask about the progress of this house legalisation process.
We are told that the first ones who have completed all the documentation are already being sent for publication in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat. The delay in the process is justified not by a lack of resources but by the lack of agility on the part of those affected in complying with the requirements.<\/sub><\/p>\n\n\n\n

- We request some clarification on the points presented:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013In decree 36, concerning a grant of almost \u20ac40,000 for the restoration of the church: could the restoration of the abbey not also be included under this heading, as it is also a building, church heritage, historic, occupying a central place in our town and clearly requiring intervention for its preservation?<\/strong>
They explain the impossibility of this point to us, although they agree on the need for an intervention in this building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013In Decree 38, there is a list of invoices, and we note our annual contribution to Macma of almost \u20ac2,000 and we believe it needs to be made more worthwhile, with more cultural activities of interest.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • We also see in resolution 64 a reference to 2 invoices of \u20ac1500 from Kento Asesores and we want to know if this is monthly. <\/strong>They tell us it's monthly. .<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • We have also seen the grant application for Spanish courses for residents. We request that you hold off if the Diputaci\u00f3n (County Council) offers any Valencian courses for all those who wish to attend: parents, grandparents, residents. Caterina offers to teach it for free if necessary.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    \u2013Decreto 69 and others refer to the study of the updated plan in the Planiols and Collado area. <\/strong>It is explained that this is a study to halt and prevent the development of urban projects that were carried out there but have now expired. They reason about the opportunity to achieve that this is not developed, unlike the PAI MEDINA which, according to them, could not be avoided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
    \u2013 Resolution 92 concerns participation in the \"Territories of Innovation Boost Plan\" grant with a project called MARNES LAB: INNOVATION, GASTRONOMY AND LIVING MEMORY. We request more information and share the idea of revitalising the Marnes territory.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
    \u2013Resolution 105 refers to the \u20ac7,000 subsidy for the fire plan. We are asking what specific actions are being considered.<\/strong> They are telling us the area, via the Collado, where this year these works will be concentrated. We are asking, once more, about Muntanyeta. For the moment, there is nothing planned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
    Regarding point 5, regarding the approval, if deemed appropriate, of the transfer of a plot of land situated on the plain (where the bins are located) for the construction of an ecopark, we state that we agree with the need for our own ecopark. However, we have assessed that the location is not suitable: on the plain, next to a significant winery, and furthermore, directly opposite the village. This is land that already belongs to the council. Nevertheless, we all agree to leave the matter on hold to see if there is any other alternative.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
    To finish, let's revisit the topic of the school; we want to know if there has been any progress with the Ministry; if any agreement has already been reached as it seems everything is very stalled.<\/strong>
    We are told there have been discussions, that it has been approved, and that the funding is now awaited to commence the works.
    We insist that the school urgently needs a proper gymnasium. We've been informed that they've requested to use the gymnasium at the swimming pool to set up a motor skills circuit there, which they are currently doing in the bathroom, and it seems you've denied this due to the problem of having to move bicycles, etc. We believe that, with goodwill, this could easily be resolved.
    The answer is no: from their point of view, it is completely impossible and, moreover, would even be dangerous. We question this point. They insist that the school cannot complain about the help they receive from the town hall and express a certain unease with the management's decision to enrol children from other villages without considering that new children may arrive during the course who will have to be enrolled obligatorily even if there is no space. We comment on whether this is not a joint decision within the framework of the Municipal School Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
