Precise questions

– Let it be recorded the reason for our vote against approving the previous minutes: We have not been given answers to the questions we presented; specifically those regarding the Marnes wall file and water consumption. We are still awaiting clarification on these matters.

– Regarding the decrees granting building permits for a detached house with a swimming pool in the PAI Medina, we wish to record our disagreement.

Regarding Resolution 62 concerning a grant of €7,610 for fire prevention, we reiterate the importance of investing in the protection of the small mountain, even acknowledging the difficulties due to private land ownership. We believe agreements must be sought so that the land is cleared or the council is authorised to do so.

Regarding the cost of renting land for parking, we suggest that the Town Hall consider investing in the purchase of some of these plots.

– We request information regarding the punctual modification of the partial plan referred to in decree 100 of 10/05/25.

We also request information on the criteria for taxing building permits.

Finally, we vote against the noise pollution protection order. We consider that in some sections it is poorly specified, for example, article 21, concerning domestic animal noise. In article 24, concerning work during the summer season, it would be advisable to clarify further the term “necessary work” with machinery. It should be emphasised that construction work cannot be carried out from 16 July to 31 August. Regarding noise from vehicles (arts. 33, 36, 39, etc.), we believe that the regulations are excessive, inappropriate for a town like ours, and furthermore, impossible to enforce.
